Ready to get paid for your NHS shifts?

We offer two payment options:

  • PAYE: This is the standard way most people get paid in the UK. Income tax, National Insurance, and student loan repayments (if applicable) are automatically deducted from your salary before you receive it.

  • Umbrella Company: An umbrella company is a third-party service that handles payments for workers who work for multiple agencies. They collect your income from Florence and other agencies, bundle it all together, and pay you in one lump sum each week.

Choosing your payment method:

  • You can select your preferred option when you first sign up with us.

  • If you change your mind later, just let us know and we'll update your details.

Need more info?

  • For PAYE: No further action is needed from you once you provide us with your bank details, we’ll do the rest!

  • For Umbrella Company: If you choose an umbrella company, we recommend contacting Maxipay directly for any questions about your pay. You can reach them at 01892 686 480 or [email protected].

We're here to help! Let us know if you have any questions.
