Can I work for Florence after I take all of the courses?

If you have the relevant experience, you can work with Florence. For a nurse, it’s a requirement that you have at least 1-year nursing experience in a clinical setting. You'll need six months' experience employed as a carer/support worker to join Florence. So please do get in touch when you have had the relevant experience as we would love to work with you.
