Unable to validate a certificate

Employers can easily validate user certificates:

  • Ask your employee/ the certificate holder for the link and candidate number on their certificate

  • Visit this link, and when prompted, enter the candidate's name & number Ensure that the candidate’s profile is set to ‘Public’ for the verification process to be successful.

This will take you to your employee's public profile page, where you can see their completed Florence Academy certificates.

If a certificate is not listed here, we cannot validate it.

Receiving an error message:

If you receive an error message, this means:

  • The details have been entered wrong - please ask the candidate to resupply the information, or

  • The details supplied are not accurate, and we are unable to verify this certificate or that the learner has completed the course.

If a certificate is not listed here, we cannot validate it.
