To keep everyone safe at work, the NHS needs to see proof that you're immune to some communicable diseases. Here's what you can do:

Upload your immunisation report! It should show immunity to:

- Tuberculosis (TB)
- Hepatitis B (including your antibody level)
- Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR)
- Chickenpox (Varicella)

For Exposure Prone Procedures (EPPs) roles we'll also need additional proof fo:

- Hepatitis B surface antigen 
- Hepatitis C
- HIV.
