Introducing a new feature to Florence Academy; Documents.

What is the Documents area?

You can now manage your organisation's key documents directly in Florence Academy. You can assign documents to your staff to view, see when each document has been viewed, and create reports. Use the Documents area to make sure your staff are staying up-to-date with your organisation's polices and procedures.

How do I use it?

You can access 'Documents' in the toolbar at the top of your dashboard view. And, you will see it in the main dashboard video. Watch this 2-minute video to see how it works.

Note: This area is not designed to be a static document storage area, ie, uploading and storing documents without assigning and sharing them. It is designed to help you share and track views of your key policies more easily.

Nor is it an area to host practical training certificates. The documents uploaded do not go into the training matrix.
