Cancelling a Shift: Important Information

Please be mindful when accepting shifts and providing your availability. Cancelling a shift at the last minute can negatively impact the care organisation and other professionals.

Our Cancellation Policy:

  • Three Last-Minute Cancellations: If you cancel three shifts within 48 hours of the start time in a 30-day period, your account will be suspended for two weeks.

  • No-Shows: Failing to attend a booked shift without cancelling will result in an immediate two-week account suspension.

Please note:

  • Existing Shifts: If you have shifts booked during your suspension period, please fulfil those commitments.

  • New Shifts: You won't be able to book new shifts until your account is reactivated.

Let's work together to be reliable and supportive of our healthcare teams. Please try to avoid unnecessary cancellations.
