We offer complex care block of shifts, what are they?

Complex Care is a specialised service providing high-level care to individuals with catastrophic injuries in their own homes. This role involves delivering nurse-led care, such as PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, and epilepsy treatments, among others. The team, led by nurses, offers free training to equip you with the necessary skills.

Unlike single shifts, Complex Care requires a commitment to block bookings, ensuring consistent and continuous care for clients. This may involve working days, nights, or weekends, and living away from home for 1-2 weeks. Live-in staff are provided with separate living quarters, food allowances, and daily breaks of 2 hours. Higher pay rates are available for those in Complex Care roles.
