We're excited to announce a new feature to help you optimize your worker placements. You can now add additional details for your workers, including their email address, phone number, and postcode.
By providing this information, you can:
Improve Shift Matching: Match workers to shifts based on their location, making it easier to find the best fit for each role.
Enhance Communication: Directly communicate with your workers via email and phone, streamlining the process.
Provide Better Support: Offer more targeted support and assistance to your workers.
We are only mandating that postcode be added, you do not have to supply a workers phone number and email address, only their post code.
To ensure a seamless transition, please provide these details for all your workers by January 1st, 2025. Any workers without a postcode being submitted on the platform may be limited in their shift opportunities.
Please note that you cannot use email addresses already registered as admin accounts for your agency.
