Some customers require a more thorough profile pack to propose workers for their shifts. You can see which customer requires which profile on the profile pack page.

You should use this template to complete a level two profile - Level 2 Profile Template .docx

Note: You only need to add a Level 2 Profile to a worker. If they have an approved one they can also work shifts at customers that only require a standard profile.
