If you're a nurse or carer using the Florence app, you can delete your account in just a few steps:
Open the Florence app and go to your Profile page.
Tap Edit My Profile.
Scroll down and select Delete Account.
Confirm your email address to complete the process.
⚠ Important: If you’ve worked shifts through Florence, we’re required to keep some of your data for legal and auditing purposes. Under UK law, we must retain certain records, including timesheets and payment details, for up to 6 years. However, once your account is deleted, you won’t be able to log in or use the app.

If you're a company staff member using the Florence app, you'll need to ask an admin to delete your account. Here’s how:
Contact your Florence admin and request account deletion. They will confirm with the account holder what can be removed.
They’ll process your request and confirm once your account has been removed.
