When you log in to the Agency Manager platform , you'll see six main tabs:
Shifts
This tab allows you to manage shifts. You can view vacant shifts to propose workers for, see booked shifts that your workers are already assigned to, and review past shifts. You can filter these shifts by date range, company, location, role, and whether it's a day or night shift.
Timesheets
The timesheet center has four sections:
Awaiting Submission: Timesheets you need to send to the care organisation.
Submitted: Timesheets that have been sent and are awaiting approval.
Approved: Timesheets that have been accepted by the care organisation.
Rejected: Timesheets that were not approved; care organisations are encouraged to provide a reason for rejection so you can amend and resubmit them.
Invitations: You can see any shifts your workers have been invited to. You can review the shift details and accept the invitation if your staff are available.
Staff
This section lists all your workers. You can filter to see workers who require action before they can be proposed for a shift, or view archived workers. You can search for specific workers by name, sort them alphabetically, see their roles, check their next shift (and sort by proximity), and view their compliance status. You can also access their profiles and archive them from this page.
Users
The Users tab displays all individuals with access to the portal for managing staff and proposing workers, along with their linked email addresses. You can also add new users from this section.
Invoices
The Invoices tab provides an overview of your invoices, categorised by week, with options for more detailed views. At the top, you'll find confirmation of your agency's linked bank details for payments. Below that, you can see outstanding invoices (unpaid) and paid invoices. For each invoice, you'll see the invoice number, relevant week, status, amount, and options to download it as a PDF or CSV file.
