The 'Today' Page (Your Homepage)
When you first log in, you'll land on the ‘Today’ page. Think of this as your at-a-glance command center. Key features include:
Your Account Manager: See who your dedicated contact at Florence is and how to reach them.
Upcoming Shifts: Quickly view which professionals (from Florence or other agencies) are expected to arrive for their shifts soon.
30-Day Snapshot: Review key performance metrics, such as total hours worked and your average shift fill rate.
Action Items: A notification will appear here if you have applicants waiting for you to review.

The 'Calendar' Tab (Visual Rota Planning)
The ‘Calendar’ tab gives you a visual overview of your staffing cover for the week or month. Use it to:
See all booked shifts at a glance.
Quickly identify gaps in your rota.
Post new shifts directly from the calendar view.
Print the calendar to share with your team on-site.
The 'Shifts' Tab (Detailed Shift Management)
This is your central hub for managing all shift activity in detail. The sub-tabs help you stay organised:
Upcoming: Shows all future shifts, both with and without applicants.
With Applications: Filters to show only the open shifts that have applicants needing your review.
Booked: A list of all shifts that have been successfully filled.
Completed: A historical record of all past shifts. You can also see if a timesheet has been submitted.
Cancelled: An audit trail of any cancelled shifts, showing who cancelled them.
Unsuccessful: Shows any shifts that expired before an applicant could be found.
Pro-Tip: Use the powerful search and filter options on these pages to find specific shifts by date range, role, or even a professional's name.
The 'Timesheets' Tab (Approving Hours)
This is where you review and approve all submitted timesheets before an invoice is generated.
Awaiting Approval: Your primary to-do list. Timesheets submitted are here, waiting for your review.
Awaiting Submission: A list of completed shifts for which a timesheet has not yet been submitted.
Approved: A historical record of all timesheets you have approved.
Rejected: A list of any timesheets you have rejected with a query.
The 'Agencies' Tab
This section is your directory for managing the external staffing agencies you work with. Here you can:
View your list of approved agency partners.
Review agency-level compliance documents.
Manage your tiered agency lists for cascading shift requests.

The menu represented by three vertical dots in the top-right corner is your gateway to all your account settings and administrative tools. This is where you can:
