What is it?
The new document upload tool allows users to upload documents to worker profiles.
E.g. Fire safety records, Health & Safety docs etc.
Who can access it?
All Staff Levels
How does it work?
Login as Staff Member
Select Staff > Your Staff
Select the “Documents” tab
Click “Add document”
Upload document(s)
You can upload one or multiple documents at once
Input Document type and (optionally) Document Expiry Date
Click Save
Document Table and Filters
All documents then display on the Document tab and can be filtered by
Document type
Status (e.g. Active, Expiring soon, Expired)
File name (free text search field)
Expiring Soon
Documents that are Expiring Soon can we viewed under the “Expiring Soon” tab to remind users to update these documents.
Can I delete documents?
Yes, you can delete a document even after it has been saved.
Will I be notified if documents are expiring soon?
Currently, you will not be notified of expiring documents via notifications but this is a feature we can introduce if requested.
