If a staff member hasn’t logged into the web app for 30 days, they’ll be automatically marked as Inactive. Inactive staff stop receiving SMS messages - until they log back in. This helps you keep your staff list up to date and highlight your more active, regular staff.
How to See Inactive Staff
Go to the Staff tab in your web app.
Select the Inactive filter.
You’ll see all workers who haven’t logged in for 30 days.
Each will show the “Last Active” date.
Click the Refresh button next to the staff member to send them an SMS message prompting them to login and view upcoming shifts.
Reactivating Staff
You can send an SMS to any inactive staff member directly from this page.
Once they receive the message and log in, they’ll automatically be reactivated and start receiving messages again.
