After each shift, you’ll need to submit a timesheet to confirm the hours you worked.
How to submit your timesheet
Log in to the app.
You’ll see a notification banner letting you know there are timesheets that need approval.
Click on the relevant shift.
Select Approve timesheet to submit it.
Editing your timesheet
If your shift times have changed, you can edit the start or end time.
When making changes, add a reason to explain why the times were amended.
Your manager, can then review these changes before approving the timesheet.
If you didn’t attend the shift
If you didn’t attend the shift for any reason, select I did not attend instead of approving the timesheet.
What happens next
Once submitted, your timesheet is sent to your admins.
Your admins will review and approve the timesheet so payroll can be processed.
Forgot to submit a timesheet?
No problem - if you forget, your admins can submit and approve the timesheet on your behalf.
