Resending the Worker App Setup SMS

If a worker has not received their SMS to access the Florence Worker App, they can request a new one by following the steps below.

Step 1: Open the link

Ask the worker to open the following link:
👉 http://flex.florence.co.uk/cw/v2/auth

This process must be completed by the worker themselves.


Step 2: Enter phone number

The worker should enter their own mobile phone number.

This can be used if:

  • The worker did not receive their original SMS

  • The original message was deleted


Step 3: Enter verification code

  • The worker will receive an SMS containing a 6-digit verification code

  • They must enter this code on the screen to continue

Once verified, the worker will be able to set up and access the Florence Worker App.


What the worker can do in the app

From the Worker App, they can:

  • View and apply for shifts

  • Request leave

  • Manage availability and profile details


If the worker does not receive the SMS

  1. Check that the phone number:

    • Is correct

    • Matches the number saved in the Employee Staff Area under the worker’s details

  2. If the issue continues, please contact your Florence account manager for further support.
