Tips for Fair and Effective Feedback
Be Objective: Base your rating on professional factors such as punctuality, clinical skill, communication, teamwork, and adherence to your policies.
Be Specific: A short comment adds significant value. For example, "Excellent initiative and integrated well with our full-time staff" is more helpful than just "Good shift."
Be Professional: Keep all feedback, whether positive or critical, constructive and respectful.
