We have a dedicated governance team that's responsible for handling clinical incidents or complaints, both for our care professionals and the care organisations we work with.
Call us on 0203 911 2555 or email [email protected] and a member of our team will discuss the issue with you and talk through the next steps.
Depending on the severity of the incident, we might ask for a short written statement to be able to investigate this further.
