What are shift invites?

If you receive a shift invite, it means the care organisation has specifically invited you to work that shift.

By selecting ‘view’ on the invite, you'll see more information about the shift. If you click 'Accept Invite' you'll automatically be booked for the shift.

If you're unavailable, simply click ‘reject’, and we'll let the care organisation know that you're not able to work the shift.

Keep in mind that a number of care professionals may have been invited to the shift. If you know you can do the shift, you should accept the invite as soon as possible to avoid missing out.
