When you apply for a shift, you're telling a care organisation that you're available to work. However, we understand that your circumstances may change and that you may need to cancel an application.
Unlike cancelling a booked shift, removing an application won't have an impact on your reliability rating.
You can see all active applications in the app on the ‘My Shifts’ page, under the 'Awaiting Approval' section. From there you can cancel your application by selecting ‘options’ and ‘cancel shift’.
