For your compliance and record-keeping needs, you can easily view, save, or print a one-page Profile Snapshot for any healthcare professional who has worked at or applied to your location. This is ideal for maintaining internal staff files, preparing for audits, or for Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspections. 🗂️

What Information is Included?

Each Profile Snapshot provides a clear, standardised summary of a professional's key details, including:

  • Name and ID Photo

  • Worker Type (e.g., Registered Nurse, Carer)

  • Right-to-Work Status

  • Police Check Status (e.g., DBS, PVG, Access NI)

  • Mandatory Training modules and completion dates

  • Full Employment History

How to Access the Profile Snapshot

You can get to a professional's snapshot in just a few clicks.

  1. First, find the professional's profile. You can do this in several ways:

    • From the ‘Shifts’ tab, by clicking on their name from any upcoming, completed, or applied-for shift.

    • From the ‘Timesheets’ tab, by clicking on their name from any submitted timesheet.

  2. Once you are on their main profile page, click the ‘View Profile Snapshot’ button located at the top.

  3. The snapshot will open in a new, print-friendly tab. You can now use your browser's print function to either print a physical copy or ‘Save as PDF’ for your digital records.

A Note on Data Protection

Please remember that Profile Snapshots contain sensitive personal data. Ensure you handle, store, and dispose of any printed or saved copies in accordance with GDPR and your organisation's data protection policies.

If you have any questions about the information in a profile snapshot, please contact our Customer Support team via live chat.
