If something unexpected happens, we know cancellations are sometimes unavoidable.

However, cancelling a shift will affect your reliability rating and, if done at short notice, could leave the care organisation short-staffed.

​If you do need to cancel a shift, follow these steps:
​1. Go to ‘My Shifts’,
2. Select the shift you need to cancel. This will bring up the specific page for this shift where you'll see the option to 'cancel shift' in red.
3. This will open our cancellation form. Please select a reason from the drop-down list and then explain why you are cancelling in the box below.
4. Agree to the cancellation terms and conditions at the bottom of the page and submit the cancellation.
