Once you've completed your shift, you can rate the care organisation before submitting your timesheet.

You'll be able to pick a rating of 1-5 for a variety of categories.

​These categories include:
​• Safety
• Effectiveness
• Caring
• Handover
• Leadership

If you need to report an incident during your shift, please contact the team at [email protected]. If you want to share further information, please get in touch with your account manager. Depending on the situation, they may ask you to follow up with a written statement and we can take it from there.
