Although the pandemic is behind us, COVID-19 is still a risk for the most vulnerable and should be taken seriously. That's why we've put guidelines in place to reduce the risk of the virus being spread by our care professionals.
To help us, please follow this process if your care organisation is affected by COVID-19.
The symptoms of COVID-19 are:
• Shortness of breath
• Raised temperature
• Loss or change to your sense of smell or taste
Tell us immediately if:
• You have a confirmed COVID-19 case in one of your care homes.
• You have a suspected COVID - 19 case in one of your care homes.
• You have chosen to restrict public visits or close your care home as a preventative measure, but don't have an infection present or suspected.

We'll still allow you to post shifts, however we'll let our care professionals know before booking shifts that there is a potential or confirmed infection present.
