If you're a UK citizen, you can prove your right to work with a UK passport, a birth or adoption certificate or a certificate of naturalisation.

You'll also need to show us one supporting document with your National Insurance (NI) number issued by a government agency or a previous employer.

Acceptable supporting documents include:
• An HMRC or benefits letter.
• A payslip.
• Your UK National Insurance card.
• A P45 or P60.

If your document is in a different name than your current legal name, find out what to do here (https://help.florence.co.uk/en/articles/6158675-i-go-by-a-different-name-than-what-is-on-my-right-to-work-document).

Important: If you're a UK citizen without a passport and don't have a birth or adoption certificate or a certificate of naturalisation to prove your right to work, please get in touch with our team at [email protected].
