If proof of your right to work in the UK hasn't been approved, we'll email or call you to tell you why.
Some reasons for this might be:
• Your document is under a different name.
• Your document is expired (if it’s not a UK or Irish passport).
• The image isn't high enough quality.
• You've uploaded a document we can't use to confirm your right to work.
• You haven't uploaded all the supporting documents we need.
• Your details don't match your document.
• You haven't completed the entire application.
Important: If you're on a Skilled Worker (https://help.florence.co.uk/en/articles/6158696-i-am-on-a-skilled-worker-visa) or Student visa (https://help.florence.co.uk/en/articles/6158725-i-am-on-a-student-visa), we will need a share code that confirms your right to work in the UK.
