To work with Florence, we'll need to review your work history to confirm your previous care experience meets our requirements. Depending on your role, we'll ask you to include up to five years of work history.

The most common reason your work history will appear as rejected is if there's an unexplained gap in your employment that's longer than one month. Please include every job you've done within the requested work-history time period, even if the job wasn't in the care sector.
