To work as a nurse for Florence, you'll need a valid NMC PIN and proof of at least one year of nursing experience.

As proof of your overseas nursing experience, you'll also need to show us copies of your qualification certificates as well as references. Your foreign references will need to meet our guidelines. Your NMC PIN might be rejected if it's less than one year old. If that's the case, please get in touch with us on live chat or on 0203 911 2555 to explain your overseas qualifications and work experience.

Once you have a full year of nursing experience and valid NMC pin, please get in touch for us to review your profile so you can get started as a nurse with Florence.

In the meantime, you might be able to register with us as a carer if you have at least 6 months of UK-based care experience.
