We enrol all Florence care professionals (not limited companies) in our pension scheme, Smart Pension, after they’ve worked with Florence for three months.
Overview of the pension scheme
Once you’re enrolled, we’ll make employer contributions and you’ll make employee contributions, which will also receive tax relief from the government.
From April 2019, the contributions are as follows:
We’ll pay 3% of qualifying earnings.
You’ll pay 5% percent of qualifying earnings.
*Qualifying earnings means annual earnings between £6,136 and £50,000. It includes salary, overtime, commission and bonuses.
