We know how important it is to get your timesheets approved so you can be paid on time. That's why we've set a deadline for timesheets to be approved by 3pm on Wednesdays.

Care organisations will receive weekly email notifications to remind them to review any pending timesheets.

If you submitted your timesheet on time and it hasn't been approved by Wednesday morning, please get in touch with us at [email protected] and we will follow it up with your account manager.
