All care professionals working with Florence have gone through our rigorous onboarding process and compliance checks. Our app will notify care professionals when their required documents, such as mandatory training or police checks, are due to expire.
Any care professional with expired documents will be restricted from applying for or booking shifts until they update their profile.
We've created printable profile snapshots with all the information you need to have peace of mind that all Florence care professionals meet our compliance requirements.
You can view a care professional's profile from the 'Shift' tab. From here, you can select any name that's booked for an upcoming shift and view their profile.
You can then download their profile snapshot and print an A4 page with the following details:
Name
ID photo
Type of worker e.g. nurse, carer etc.
RTW status
Police check DBS status
Training and date completed
Employment history
