Our pricing is designed to be simple and transparent. There are no recurring subscriptions or hidden costs. You only pay a service fee for the shifts you successfully fill using the Florence platform.
How It Works
Your total hourly cost is made up of two simple components:
The Professional's Pay Rate: This is the hourly rate you set for the healthcare professional. You have control over this rate, as long as it meets the national minimum wage requirements.
The Florence Fee: We add a single, transparent service fee on top of the professional's pay rate. This fee covers everything we do to ensure a safe and efficient service, including our rigorous vetting and compliance, 24/7 platform access, automated timesheets, and dedicated customer support.
Your Total Hourly Cost = (Your Set Pay Rate) + (Our Service Fee)
This pay-as-you-go model gives you maximum flexibility to manage your budget, as you only pay for the service when you actually use it.
How to View Your Exact Rates
You can see a full, detailed breakdown of your total hourly cost for every role at any time on your account's Rate Card.
From your main dashboard, click the More Options icon (it looks like three vertical dots ⋮) in the top-right corner of the page.
Select ‘Rates & Wages’ from the dropdown menu.
On this page, you will find a complete list of your total hourly costs for all worker types, including any special rates for bank holidays or last-minute shifts.
