If you are looking to post a shift that's due to start ASAP, you can still use your presets.
If the start time has already passed, the shift will be posted onto the app with a start time of ASAP. Care professionals will then be able to apply for the shift. Once we have an applicant, we'll be in touch to let you know when you can expect them to arrive at your location.
However, if you notice the shift hasn't posted with an ASAP start time and has instead posted into your ‘Past Shifts’ tab, please get in touch with our support team at [email protected] or call our team who will assist you:
