How have we changed our Terms & Conditions?
From October 30th, care organisations will have 7 calendar days (i.e. 168 hours) to approve or reject each timesheet. The 7 days starts when the worker submits their timesheet.
Care organisations will receive a reminder notification 24 hours before the timesheet approval deadline. Once the time passes (aka after 7 days), Florence will automatically approve the timesheet.
When do the changes take effect?
The new policy will go live and will apply to any timesheets submitted on or after 30th October 2023.
