Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) is paid in line with government guidance which can be found here. Florence does not offer any enhanced sick pay.
We strive to be a fair and transparent employer, and in order to be eligible for SSP certain criteria must be met. If you think you're eligible for SSP, please:
Send through your sick note to [email protected], along with your payroll/worker ID number.
The finance team will review your documents and determine your eligibility for SSP.
They will respond to you via email, to either request further information or to inform you of the outcome of your request e.g. If SSP will be paid.
