If the healthcare worker you have booked has not shown up to the shift we understand this can be incredibly frustrating for you, and your team & potentially leave you in a vulnerable position.
In these situations we would advise you to contact the agency the staff member works for and see if they can contact the healthcare professional to find out if/when they will arrive.
If the shift needs to be re-posted you can do this on the platform.
If the healthcare professional will be arriving but will be late when they submit their timesheet make sure this reflects their true arrival and departure time before approving this.
