First login

Once you have completed the initial set up with us, our team will send you your main login details to use to manage your candidates and shifts. ​ Once you receive these, you will be asked to set a password.

To keep your account secure, we recommend using a strong password using three words, including a mix of numbers and symbols. You can then log in to the platform. ​

Password Reset & Troubleshooting

To reset your password, follow these steps:

1. Select ‘Sign in’.
2. Click ‘Forgot your password?’ under where we ask for your login details.
3. Enter the email address that you have registered with and select ‘reset password’.
4. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password
