Agency Manager - Notification Preferences

We know that emails can get annoying, or not everyone needs to be able to receive all of the emails. We therefore allow agency staff members to configure the types of emails that they want to get.

To do this, you can login and open the notification preferences page from the submenu (the three dots).

From here then can toggle of emails they do not wish to get:

Emails we send:

Email Title

Email Description

Agency Professional Registration Rejected

When an agency workers professional registration (NMC etc…) is rejected by compliance.

Agency Staff Location Added

When the agency has been added to a new location on the Florence platform.

Agency Document Rejected

When an agency worker's document has been rejected.

Agency Document Approved

When an agency worker's document has been approved.

Agency Timesheet Approved

When the timesheet for an agency worked shift has been approved by the client.

Agency Shift Available

When new shifts become visible to the agency for an assigned location

Shift Application Approved

When an application for a shift is approved.

Shift Application Unsuccessful

When an application for a shift is unsuccessful, either the shift gets cancelled or another worker was approved.
