if you'd like to remove an applicant from a shift, simply pull up the specific shift page. You should see the word ‘remove’ in grey as an option under each applicant.

​After selecting this, you'll be asked to choose one of the following reasons:
​• Worker does not have the right skills.
• Waiting for specific worker to apply.
• Worker rating is too low.
• Worker lives too far away.

Once you've selected the most applicable reason, the applicant will be removed.
