Here’s what to include in your report: - The date and time of the incident - Persons involved (if applicable) - A detailed description of the issue - Any supporting evidence (e.g., photos, documents) If the online form cannot be accessed, you can send your report via email to [email protected] .
This option is also available for general complaints or feedback. Depending on the severity of the incident, we might ask for a short written statement to investigate further.
