If there's been an incident during a shift with one of our care professionals, please let us know straight away.

We have a dedicated governance team that's responsible for handling clinical incidents or complaints, both for our care professionals and the care organisations we work with.

Please complete the online form linked below to report the incident to our Governance team who will investigate the incident. You can report it here.

Depending on the severity of the incident, we might ask for a short written statement to be able to investigate this further.

If there's been an incident during a shift with another agencies worker, please ensure you contact the agency directly to ensure the situation is managed by the correct agency.
