As of December 31st, 2024, Biometric Residence Permits (BRPs) will no longer be accepted as a valid form of photo ID.
Why is this important?
To ensure the security and integrity of our platform, we must verify the identity of all staff members. This is essential for matching the right worker to the right shift and complying with regulatory requirements.
What do you need to do?
Review Your Staff Database: Check the photo ID status of all your staff members.
Update Expired BRPs: For staff with expiring BRPs, request a new form of photo ID.
Acceptable Forms of Photo ID:
International Passport
ARC Card
Driving License (including provisional)
Electoral ID Card
How to Update Photo ID on the Platform:
Log into Your Agency Manager Account
Navigate to Staff > Your Worker > Compliance Tab
Update Photo ID: Upload the new, valid photo ID for the affected staff member.
By taking these steps, you can ensure that your agency remains compliant and that your staff members can continue to work seamlessly on the platform.
