When you join a new care provider's panel, you'll be prompted to sign new terms of business with them. These new terms replace any previous agreements and are specific to that provider; it's a one-time process for each new provider.

These terms outline crucial expectations and obligations, including their rate process (hourly rates and how overall charges are calculated). It's vital that you review and understand these terms fully. Once you agree to a booking, you are committing to these rates, and they cannot be changed afterwards, even if they differ from your previous practices.

We'll let you know when clients open windows for submitting new rate cards. This will be your opportunity to propose updated rates for their approval.
