It’s crucial you keep your candidates profiles up to date to ensure there are no issues or delays with proposing staff for shifts. You can manage and maintain your workers compliance by accessing the ‘Staff’ tab at the top of the page, and then selecting ‘Action Required’.
This page will show any expired documents, please upload in the same way as before the new updated document and our dedicated compliance team will review this.
If you’re facing any issues with proposing workers for shifts far in advance, please check the expiry dates of criminal record checks and training as if these have expired before the date of the shift, they will not be able to be proposed for shifts.
