We must audit all agencies to ensure that all the workers on our neutral vendor platform are being held to the high standards that are set by the regulatory bodies and governing frameworks.
If selected for an audit, you will be notified about the audit date at least 2 weeks prior to the submission deadline. We will then select a small number of your fully compliant workers (minimum of 3, max 10) depending on the scale of available candidates. The candidate selection will likely cover multiple worker types across different regions.
Once they are chosen, we will give you a notice period of 7 working days to collate all required documents. The audit will cover 5 sections shown below;
Section 1: Agency Info Documents
Section 2: Legislative Documents
Section 3: Vital Documents
Section 4: Contractual Documents
Section 5: Training Documents
Our dedicated Compliance Team will review all documents and provide results within 5 business days. An Audit Report will be produced and shared with your Audit Rep detailing the results, positive actions and recommended steps.
