We know that sometimes a booked worker can't make a shift. To help, you can cancel the original worker and propose a replacement directly within the platform.

If a worker can't do a shift, you'll have two options: cancel or swap. If you choose "swap," you'll see a list of eligible workers to propose. After selecting a replacement, you'll confirm the swap request.

We will then notify the client that the original worker canceled and a replacement has been proposed. The shift will also be visible to other agencies while the client reviews the new candidate.

Please note - a booking is only confirmed once the client approves the replacement and the client is not obligated to approve the new candidate.

All worker swaps must be completed through Florence to ensure accurate timesheets and payment for shifts completed.
