Getting Started with Florence
Your organisation can create your staff profile in two ways:
Organisation led setup
Your organisation creates your profile for you. Once it’s ready, you’ll be able to access Florence Go App.Invite link setup
Your organisation sends you a link. You’ll need to follow the link and enter your details. Your organisation will receive a notification that your details have been submitted and these will need to be approved on their end.
You’ll only be able to access and use the Florence Go app once your profile has been set up and/or approved.
Navigating the Florence Web App
Shifts -
Locate the “Find Shifts” tab at the bottom of the page, here you will be able view all available shifts. Click into the shift to view more information, if you are available and interested click apply for shift. Your application will be sent directly to your organisation who will review and approve/reject. You will be notified of the outcome once reviewed.
If you are successfully booked, the shift will appear in your “My Shifts” tab on the dashboard. If you’re no longer available, please click into the shift and cancel. You will be asked to provide a reason for the cancellation and Florence will notify your organisation.
Clocking in/out -
The clock in/out feature on the Florence app makes shift tracking simple, accurate, and paper-free. It ensures your working hours are logged automatically and verified by location, so there’s no need to chase timesheets or worry about manual errors.

Request Leave -
You can submit holiday requests directly in the app, track their approval status, and see your remaining entitlement at a glance.
This reduces admin workload and ensures your leave is accurately reflected in the rota and payroll. It also helps managers plan ahead and avoid scheduling conflicts, so everyone stays informed and shifts run smoothly.
