What Can You Do on the App?
Once you're set up on Florence, the app gives you everything you need in one place:
View and apply for shifts — Browse available shifts, see full details, and submit your application directly from the app.
Manage your booked shifts — See all your upcoming shifts in your personal dashboard and cancel if your availability changes.
Clock in and out — Log your working hours accurately using location-verified clock in/out — no paper timesheets needed.
Request and track leave — Submit holiday requests, check your remaining entitlement, and follow the status of any pending requests.
Receive real-time notifications — Stay informed about shift updates, booking confirmations, cancellations, and leave decisions as they happen.

Getting Started
You will only be able to log into the Florence Go app once your staff profile has been set up and approved by your organisation. If you haven't been set up yet, speak to your manager.
Once your profile is active, download the app using the links above, log in with your credentials, and you're ready to go.
