What is Laurence?

Laurence is an AI rota assistant that can answer questions about your rota. Just ask Laurence a question — "where do I have staffing gaps this week?" or "where could I save money on agency cover?" — and he'll dig into your rota to flag shortages, suggest smarter swaps (like bank instead of agency), and help you cut costs without the manual digging.

Laurence is a beta feature

It's still improving and we'd welcome your feedback as you use it. This means you may spot the occasional rough edge, we'll keep refining it as we go.

Keep a person in the loop

It's designed to provide you insights, and speed up decisions, not to make them for you. We'd always recommend sense-checking its suggestions before acting on them.
