You will get your reward in your Thursday payslip following your reward confirmation email.
Please check your payslip to see the reward itemised.
You can also view your estimated reward payment dates in the app.
How to do it:
Open the app
Go to 'my profile'
Select 'Refer a friend' from the list
Tap the ‘Check my referrals’ button at the bottom of the screen
You will see your ‘My referrals’ dashboard.
Any ‘processing’ and ‘completed’ rewards will be totalled at the top of the screen.
It looks like this:
Tap on friends’ names that are showing a ‘processing’ or ‘completed’ status to see your estimated reward payment date.
Tapping on a ‘processing’ status looks like this:
Your estimated pay date is shown at the bottom of the screen.
Tapping on a ‘complete’ status looks like this:
Your estimated pay date is shown at the bottom of the screen.
