We need an ID photo of yourself during the registration process in order for you to receive an ID badge.

Please ensure the photo is to a professional standard, as this is what will be used to identify you.

  • A few tips on how to keep your photo professional;

  • White background with nothing else but yourself in the photo

  • The photo should have only your shoulders and above in the photo

  • No filters on top of the photo (this could distort your ID badges photo and cause issues when you turn up to work)

  • Don't forget to smile!

You will receive your ID badge in the post within seven working days of being marked compliant and being able to pick up shifts. If it has been more than seven working days, please let a member of our team know on our live chat.
